All stays are confirmed with payment in advance.

Once your dates are requested, I’ll send the total along with payment details.
Your dog’s stay is secured as soon as payment is received.

All new dogs begin with a trial visit to ensure it’s a good fit—for your pup, the group, and the space.

From there, most dogs transition into regular stays or membership.

Pup Club is designed to stay simple and consistent—for you and for the dogs.

  • Nights are used within each monthly cycle and don’t carry over

  • Dates are reserved in advance based on availability

  • Once scheduled, nights are considered in use

  • Holiday periods follow a separate structure depending on tier

  • Pick-up and drop-off timing is kept within agreed windows
