How It Works

• Choose a monthly plan with a set number of nights
• Get priority access on a calendar that fills fast (holidays included)
• Add extra nights at your member rate anytime during your active term *Term details: 1-month memberships apply to that month; unused nights expire at term end.
• Holiday surcharges are reduced—or waived—based on tier

Gold: (Most Popular): Best for regular travelers who want bookings to land smoothly—friendlier holiday pricing + a 24-hour member-first hold on peak dates before availability opens to non-members or the inquiry list.

Platinum: (VIP): Best for frequent travel and holiday-heavy schedules—maximum priority + holiday surcharge waived + earliest access on peak dates (Platinum receives first priority holds before Gold and before availability opens to non-members).

If that goes well, attend and complete a trial period before your initial boarding. The trial is one 24-hour stay to ensure your pup will be happy with their new home-away-from-home and confirm a great fit for all.
